Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue breaks up scar tissue and adhesions buried within the muscle to relieve pain, boost circulation, and realign the muscle layers. Slow, more engaging strokes to deeper layers of muscle. It improves your posture and mobility.

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger points are tight points in muscle tissue that usually cause referred pain in other areas. Trigger points are typically a sharp pain but sometimes a dull ache. Trigger point therapy alleviates pain by putting pressure on these points and releasing it.

Swedish

The primary goal of Swedish massage is to relax the body and ease stress. Swedish boosts the immune system, reduces cortisol, and makes it easier for one to sleep.

Myofascial Release

Helps restore range of motion, boost blood and lymph circulation, and realign scar tissue through the reorientation of collagen fibers. Myofascial release uses light to deep pressure via a stretch in an area without the use of oil.
